"Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31\. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. "We stayed in a very spacious, modern, clean Executive Suite at a reasonable rate. The staff were amazing (special thanks to David)— polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was relatively new with some teething problems such as inconsistent hot water delivery and pool and spa were not yet operational. They expected to have everything ready by the time they have their grand opening in the coming weeks. We were offered free daily breakfast even though we didn’t book a room with that option. The...

"This is a charming hotel in the middle of Kampot, and everything you need is within walking distance. The building is the conversion of two former shops. The room was a good size and comfortable, with a wash basin in the room and separate shower and toilet. It was two floors up and no lift — be warned. Our room also had a roof terrace, a great boon. There was a very good choice of freshly made breakfast, with the addition of home made cupcakes and biscuits as well as a plate of fruit. What really makes this place special is the hosts, Tavi and Kim. Both speak excellent English and are very helpful in arranging drivers for tours and recommending places to eat (including the excellent nearby café Le Corner, which they also run). The hotel also boasts a good book swap. "

"The rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is large and laid out in a forest setting with covered raised open air walkways. There were bikes you could ride from your room to the very large pool area, We took kayaks down the small river behind the resort and it was like a jungle river trip with huge trees and lush forest all around. The pool is large with shady areas around. We stayed six nights all told. The restaurant food was very good. A couple of evenings we went to town for a change and the hotel arranged for tuktuks to take us. The resort is good value for money. "

"The hotel was exceptional in design of its rooms (we stayed in rm 111), access, exterior space, and pool. The lighting, access to switches and sockets was well thought out too. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful when requesting transport. The serving of breakfast would have been a bonus on an otherwise wonderful stay The only additions I would recommend….a hand soap pump by the sink to avoid stepping into the shower tray each time to access the dispenser on the wall, and horizontal towel rails to enable 4 wet/damp towels to be neatly hung up rather than placed on shelves or suspended on one of 2 single hooks."
